That this House warmly congratulates President Barack Obama, 44th President of the United States; notes that while he was studying at Harvard Law School 20 years ago his law professor, Iain Roderick MacNeil of Barra, Chief of Clan MacNeil, noted to his wife, Nancy, that he may indeed have the first black president of the United States in his class; and hopes that President Obama's administration will exploit its talents to seek peace.
