That this House applauds Commander Nick Dorman and the officers and ratings of HMS Scotia, Rosyth, on winning the Richards Trophy; notes that this is the first time that the trophy has been won by a Scottish unit; and recognises that there are 14 Royal Naval Reserve units in the United Kingdom of which HMS Scotia is one of the largest with a catchment area covering most of the east coast of Scotland drawing recruits from all backgrounds, including seven universities and many colleges.
