Turkish Policy On Iraqi Kurdistan

EDM number 420 in 2008-09, proposed by Bob Spink on 13/01/2009.
Categorised under the topics of International politics and government, Middle East and Military operations.

That this House is concerned about improper use of military force; wishes to see an end to the continuing bombardment by Turkey of Iraqi Kurdistan; believes that this bombardment militates against Turkish credibility in acting as a mediator in the Middle East conflict; and calls on the Government to make representations to Turkey to stop its bombardment and engage in more meaningful discussions with the Kurdistan Regional Government.

This motion has been signed by a total of 21 MPs.
