leave out from `England;' to end and add `further notes an ongoing commitment by the SNP Scottish government to provide support for families facing financial difficulties, including £3 million to provide legal advice and representation for people facing repossession and other problems such as debt, in addition to £380,000 to fund an awareness raising campaign for the National Debtline to encourage people to take early action to address debt problems; further notes that the greatest threat to prosperity in Scotland is the £1 billion cut to the Scottish government's budget currently being planned by the UK Government in addition to the £1 billion rightfully owed to Scotland which is currently being withheld by the UK Treasury.'.
