That this House congratulates the BBC's web-casting initiative Democracy Live; believes this will help build citizenship and provide vital information to citizens across the UK; notes that video can be embedded into the websites of Members of the European Parliament, Members of the Scottish Parliament and Assembly Members; further notes that this is not the case for the UK Parliament; and urges the BBC and parliamentary authorities to ensure that parliamentary debates are able to be embedded in third party websites and as open and accessible as possible.
