That this House congratulates Blackpool Football Club and NHS Blackpool on the launch by Sir Bobby Charlton at the Bloomfield Road ground of their It's a Goal initiative, a programme using the appeal of football and the facilities of the club, to encourage young men with mental health issues to get support and help in that informal and social setting; applauds the work of Sir Bobby Charlton as an ambassador for the initiative and his reunion at the launch with his friend and 1966 World Cup team-mate Jimmy Armfield, whose role as a champion in Blackpool for this and so many other community initiatives in the town is being underlined by naming the club's new stand the Jimmy Armfield stand; notes that Blackpool NHS's innovative basing of its staff in offices at the ground tangibly expresses how Blackpool Football Club is at the heart of the community; and further congratulates Karl Oyston and his family, Terry Lamb and Derek Spence, team manager Ian Holloway and all the players for their consistent support for this and other community initiatives in Blackpool.
