That this House welcomes the decision by Blackburn Rovers to cut a number of their season ticket prices to just Â£199 for the 2009-10 season; notes this represents the lowest priced Premier League season ticket for a decade; further notes that this will make the club's season tickets the third cheapest out of all four professional divisions with only Accrington Stanley and Huddersfield offering less expensive season tickets; further welcomes the fact that this move will make Premier League football more accessible to fans, especially in the current economic climate; and urges other clubs to follow suit and cut their ticket prices.
