That this House is shocked and disappointed to note that Lewis Hamilton was racially abused during pre-season testing at a circuit in Barcelona in Spain; welcomes the fact that the Director of the Circuit de Catalunya, Ramon Pradera and the President of the Spanish Motorsport Federation, Carlos Garcia, have pledged to remove all racist elements from the circuit; congratulates Mr Hamilton on the dignity that he has showed; and hopes that the action taken by the International Automobile Federation ensures that this never happens again.
