Review Of Housing Revenue Account Subsidy

That this House welcomes the Government's decision to review the Housing Revenue Account Subsidy System; and calls on the Government to allow local authorities and arms' length management organisations that have to contribute rents paid by their tenants into the system to keep these resources to spend on housing needs in their own areas.
