That this House celebrates the Union Flag as an iconic symbol of the United Kingdom; regrets that as currently constituted it contains no representation of Wales; notes that the Union Flag was changed in 1801 to include representation of Ireland; and calls upon the Government to consult on changing the Union Flag to include representation of Wales as one of the four constituent nations of the United Kingdom.
