Categorised under the topic of Freedom of information.

That this House recognises that section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 makes companies that are 100 per cent. owned by the Crown or by a single public authority subject to the Act; notes that a company owned by more than one public authority would be exempt as would a company 99 per cent. owned by a public authority and one per cent. owned by a private body; and asks that Government consult on the way to make all companies dominated by public authorities subject to the Act.
