That this House congratulates Senator Barack Obama on his convincing election as President-Elect of the United States; and looks forward to improved relations between the United States and other countries around the world, universal healthcare for American citizens, a tax cut for the middle classes and, through working with a greatly enhanced Democratic US Congress, an end to the disastrous and divisive policies of the George W Bush Presidency.
