That this House recognises that the financial crisis has resulted in many workers facing a reduced working week; and calls for a review of the tax credit system for single persons who find themselves working a three-day week and families with one or both earners reduced to a three-day week and in which the reduction in income will not be recognised in payments until the end of the financial year.
