That this House congratulates the Lancashire town of Garstang on its recent success in winning the Entente Florale Europe competition; notes that the international competition is run by the European Association for Flowers and Landscape in order to promote a greener and more pleasant environment in European towns and villages; and further notes that this honour comes on top of Garstang being the world's first Fair Trade Town and its concurrent successes in the UK Britain in Bloom competitions.
