Herefordshire Wheels2work

EDM number 1938 in 2007-08, proposed by Paul Keetch on 02/07/2008.
Categorised under the topics of Employment, Roads and Voluntary organisations.

That this House notes and applauds the Herefordshire Wheels2Work scheme, operating under Herefordshire Voluntary Action, which aims to support people who are disadvantaged in the labour market by their inability to access public or private transport to employment or training opportunities; acknowledges that the work of the project substantially supports the activities of Jobcentre Plus, Connexions and the Learning and Skills Council; and fully supports the group in its bid for future funding options.

This motion has been signed by a total of 14 MPs.
