The Hayward Gallery 40th Anniversary

That this House congratulates The Hayward Gallery on its 40th anniversary; recognises the significant contribution that the gallery makes to the visual arts and cultural life of this country; encourages hon. Members to visit The Hayward Gallery at Southbank Centre during the summer recess and see the hugely popular show Psycho Buildings curated by The Hayward Director Ralph Rugoff; notes that the public are invited to celebrate the anniversary on 11th July when the ticket price is 40 pence, 40 years to the day when the gallery first opened; and wishes The Hayward every success for the next four decades.
