That this House praises the on-going work of Machynlleth Town Council in its continuing efforts to raise the quality of life in the town, as well as generating opportunities for economic and cultural development in the town; believes that the Council is a shining example of a value-driven local authority with the best interests of the local people genuinely in mind; and sends it all good wishes in its endeavours to maintain Machynlleth as a gateway to the cultural, social and political history of Mid-Wales.
