That this House welcomes the 11th Annual National Childcare Week, organised by Daycare Trust with the support of Children's Mutual and Catalyst Lend Lease; notes that the theme of the week is Building Brighter Futures; and agrees that quality, affordable childcare can build brighter futures for everyone, giving children a good start in life, enabling parents to work or train, and in the long term can help to tackle social exclusion, create jobs and raise educational standards.
