That this House congratulates Gwernyfed RFC on winning the Division 4 East of Wales Rugby Union; notes that the club was formed in 1965 as Gwernyfed High School Old Boys Club before moving to the Old Malthouse, Talgarth in 1991; further notes that the club was admitted into the Welsh Rugby Union in 1996; congratulates the club for running 1st, 2nd and ladies' XVs, youth and sides at all junior and mini ages down to eight years old; further notes that the club has over 250 senior members of which over 100 are active on the rugby field and sees over 100 children playing and training on Sundays; congratulates the club on its magnificent achievement this season and for the positive impact it has made on the local community; and pays tribute to people across Wales who give up their time to run local rugby clubs for the benefit of local people and communities.
