That this House notes the ceremony held by St Stephen Parish Council, Bricket Wood, St Albans, on 20th April, to honour Captain James Philippson and Lieutenant James Barry, and to add their names to the Park Street War Memorial; praises the council for taking a proactive step to do this; urges other local councils to consider taking similar steps to honour the dead and remind citizens of the sacrifices others have made; and believes it is important to remember servicemen and women who gave their lives for their country.
