That this House welcomes the European Union's Year of Intercultural Dialogue, which seeks to recognise that Europe's great cultural diversity represents a unique advantage; recognises that all those living in Europe should be encouraged to explore the benefits of Europe's diverse rich cultural heritages; and calls upon the Government to ensure that the United Kingdom participates fully in promoting this important initiative.
