That this House congratulates the hon. Member for Staffordshire Moorlands for her award of Inland Waterways Association Parliamentarian of the Year; notes that she has been at the forefront of campaigns to protect and enhance our waterways, has supported freight moving from land to water, and has led horse drawn barges in the rain as well as helping to secure a better than expected Comprehensive Spending Review settlement; and wishes her well in securing funding for the Leek Canal.
