That this House notes that the price of prescriptions in England will rise by 25 pence on 1st April to £7.10; further notes that prescriptions are free in Wales and will be cut to £5 in Scotland from April; and calls on the Government to recognises the imbalance of prescription charges in the UK and to create the parity that ought to be present in a national health service.
