That this House congratulates HACAN and its co-ordinator, John Stewart, for the excellent role played by both in organising the successful series of public meetings and events, culminating in 3,000 people attending a rally in Central Hall, Westminster, which has enabled people and communities to express their opposition to the Government's proposals for Heathrow expansion.
