Oyster Card And Cash Fares On London Transport

EDM number 610 in 2006-07, proposed by Greg Hands on 10/01/2007.

That this House is concerned at the growing disparity between cash fares and Oyster card fares on London transport; believes this to be ill-conceived and contrary to efforts to bring new or occasional passengers onto London's tube and buses; believes this to be particularly unfair on tourists and visitors to this great city; and questions in particular the need for Mayor Livingstone to increase single cash bus fares from 60p to £2 during his time in power.

This motion has been signed by a total of 21 MPs.
