That this House notes that the Leader of the Opposition received Â£4,206,057.88 in Short money in the year 2005-06 for policy development; further notes that the Opposition as yet has not published policies on key issues confronting the UK; reminds the Leader of the Opposition that taxpayers' money is given for a particular purpose; and proposes that if that purpose is not forthcoming within the next three months the Leader of the Opposition should refund the money.
