Member for Manchester, Withington for his conduct in backing the 60 doctors at Christie Hospital who raised concerns about the review of cancer services and the need to retain key cancer specialists and services at the North West's premier cancer treatment centre, as a result of which the hospital has since gone on from strength to strength; and notes that some hon. Members appear to be both unaware of the correct name of the hospital, and forgetful of the severe impact of the Labour Government's policies on the NHS on the electors of Withington.'.
