That this House congratulates the Western Morning News on its vociferous campaign to save West Country post offices; recognises the vital contribution of both the post office network and the regional media to rural communities; thanks Jason Groves for his long service to the people of Devon, Cornwall and the Western Counties; wishes him well in his progressing career; and welcomes Matt Chorley as Mr Groves' successor.
