That this House expresses concern at the recent decision by British Petroleum (BP) to challenge the efforts of Fife Police and its partner organisations to tackle underage drinking in Fife; congratulates the partners on their excellent efforts to combat underage drinking; recognises that underage drinking is a contributory factor to increasing anti-social behaviour; and encourages BP to reverse its decision.
