That this House congratulates the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) on its 50th anniversary; notes that the IAM promotes improved road safety through the Skills for Life programme and the advanced driving test; further notes that members of the Institute of Advanced Motorists are statistically less likely to have an accident; and therefore urges all hon. and right hon. Members to consider enrolling on the Skills for Life course.
