That this House congratulates Sir Simon Milton, Leader of Westminster Council, and Robert Davis, former Mayor of Westminster, on their civil partnership, which will take place in June 2007; anticipates that they will have a long and happy life together; and believes that this union demonstrates the importance of this Government's Civil Partnership legislation to millions of people across the country.
