Brent Police Safer Neighbourhood Initiative
EDM number 1291 in 2006-07, proposed by Dawn Butler on 18/04/2007.
That this House congratulates Brent police for their successful operation to tackle serious drug related crime on the South Kilburn Estate; notes that this was the result of information and cooperation by local people speaking out against gang leaders and the confidence they have in local safer neighbourhood teams; and further notes that those arrested were of both sexes and of various races, religions and creeds.
This motion has been signed by a total of 14 MPs.
