That this House believes that no person employed on its estate should be paid a salary less than that defined as the living wage level for an employed person working in the capital, together with other reasonable terms and conditions, including proper sick pay and pension schemes and full statutory national and public holiday entitlements; further believes that all outside contracting firms supplying services to the House should fully comply with these criteria; and calls upon the Government, the Leader of the House and the Parliamentary authorities to agree the speedy introduction of these reasonable arrangements forthwith.
