Fair Deal For Transport In Yorkshire
EDM number 930 in 2005-06, proposed by Robert Goodwill on 02/11/2005.
That this House calls on the Government to give Yorkshire a fair deal over transport; and welcomes the Yorkshire Post's campaign highlighting the fact that the region is receiving billions of pounds less than London and the South East, an unfair disparity which risks plunging Yorkshire into a hugely-damaging gridlock that could cost businesses, their employees and the communities that depend on them their livelihood.
This motion has been signed by a total of 14 MPs.
