MINERS' COMPENSATION AND SURFACE WORKERS

That this House calls on the Government to recognise that exposure to coal dust in various surface operations is equivalent to, and sometimes worse than, coal dust exposure underground; and calls for all surface workers claiming compensation to be given medical tests and paid compensation where due.
