CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER'S REPORT ON BPAS: PUBLICATION

That this House notes that the Secretary of State for Health has received a copy of a report by the Chief Medical Officer investigating allegations that the British Pregnancy Advisory Service has been conspiring in the trafficking of post-24 weeks gestation pregnant women to Spain for possibly illegal abortions; notes with concern the reluctance of the Secretary of State to publish the report; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Health to publish this report in full forthwith.
