Ireland And Citizenship

That this House calls for legislation to be brought forward enabling people born anywhere in Ireland to claim UK citizenship thereby providing reciprocity with the facility afforded by the Irish constitution whereby anyone born anywhere in Ireland may claim citizenship of the Irish Republic.
