JOURNALISTS' CONFIDENTIAL SOURCES

That this House welcomes the United States Senate initiative to protect journalists from having to divulge confidential sources in most cases; notes the case of Matthew Cooper of Time; and further notes the case of Judith Miller of the New York Times who is in jail for refusing to reveal the source of information not published.
