Exhibition To Mark 400th Anniversary Of The Gunpowder Plot

EDM number 623 in 2005-06, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 19/07/2005.

That this House notes the establishment of the exhibition in Westminster Hall to mark the 400th Anniversary of the Gunpowder Plot; thanks those responsible for the design and scale of the exhibition; and acknowledges, despite the wave of political correctness in recent years, much of which is aimed at eradicating the reasons behind the attempt to destroy the Houses of Parliament, the belief that it is vital that any nation serious about its future must draw on the lessons of the past.

This motion has been signed by a total of 25 MPs.
