Housing

EDM number 26 in 2005-06, proposed by Bill Wiggin on 17/05/2005.

That this House is deeply concerned at the decline in the affordability of housing, particularly so in respect of first-time buyers; and notes with concern the increase in house prices all over the UK, and particularly in Wales, where seven out of the top 10 highest average house price rises were situated.

This motion has been signed by a total of 59 MPs.
