That this House congratulates the Marylebone Cricket Club, the Royal National Institute of the Blind, Test Match Special and BBC London for the initiative in creating the Ball-by-Ball commentary service, which will enable blind and partially sighted supporters to hear commentary from the stands for all matches at Lord's; calls upon other first class cricket and other sporting venues to follow this initiative; and further calls upon the Government to ensure that facilities like this are available to all Olympic venues for 2012.
