TIME OUT'S NEW LONDON GUIDE
EDM number 2103 in 2005-06, proposed by Edward Davey on 04/05/2006.
That this House notes with surprise the omission of the Royal Borough of Kingston in Time Out's guide `London for Londoners'; believes that, as Kingston is located in South West London, it is therefore eligible for inclusion; points out that Kingston is the second most important shopping destination in London after the West End, and a key centre for business and learning; believes that the decision by Time Out to include Richmond in the guide and not Kingston is unjustifiable; and calls upon the magazine to rectify this omission as soon as possible so that more people can be introduced to the delights of one of London's most attractive and historic boroughs.
