That this House deplores the comments about hon. Members made by Mr Neil Goodwin in an article in the Health Service Journal dated 16th February 2006; believes that they stem from a failure to understand the democratic process and hon. Members' role in representing their constituents; is dismayed that a person holding those views has been appointed as interim Chief Executive of the North West Regional Health Authority; and calls on him to apologise forthwith.
