Google And Censorship Within China (No. 2)

That this House notes Google's decision to launch a version of its search engine in China; hopes that this experiment will encourage China to improve human rights, freedom of expression and democracy; and calls on the Government to use all possible diplomatic means to encourage China to make progress in these areas.
