Fair Trade Status For Cumbria

That this House congratulates Cumbria for meeting four of the five criteria laid down by the Fairtrade Foundation in order to gain Fairtrade County status, which would make Cumbria the second English county, after Somerset, to achieve this status; and supports Cumbria in its efforts to fulfil the fifth criterion and attract popular support for the campaign.
