EDM number 1184 in 2005-06, proposed by Angus MacNeil on 01/12/2005.

That this House praises Westminster Abbey for flying the Saltire on St Andrew's Day unlike the Palace of Westminister itself; and calls on the House authorities to ensure St George's Day does not suffer the same fate, and that the flag of St George flies high above the Palace on the period around 23rd April.
