That this House congratulates the Chartered Institute of Public Relations on being granted a Royal Charter; notes that the Royal Charter is in recognition of the leading role which the Chartered Institute of Public Relations plays in the communications industry in the United Kingdom; and welcomes the great strides which the Chartered Institute of Public Relations has made in driving up standards amongst its more than 8,000 members and the public relations profession at large.
