Parking Charges At The University Hospitals Of Leicester Nhs Trust

That this House notes with grave concern the proposal by the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust to increase the parking fees for hospital staff, patients and members of the public; believes that the increase of ú1 for up to an hour, ú1.50 for one to two hours and ú2 for three hours, - up to a maximum of ú10, are too high; and calls on the health authority to reconsider this drastic and unnecessary proposal.
