That this House expresses its deepest sympathy with the parents, relatives and school friends of Jamie Mason, aged 12, who was tragically killed by the vehicle of an unlicensed driver; is dismayed by and deplores the derisory sentence of two months' imprisonment given by the Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court; and calls on the Government to review the sentencing policy which allows those driving without a licence to take a life and not pay an appropriate penalty.
