St DAVID'S DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY

That this House congratulates all those who participated in and organised the St David's Day celebrations in this House; and calls on the Government to engage in positive dialogue and consult with the National Assembly for Wales and other stakeholders on the benefits of making St David's Day a public holiday.
